Dad’s Salmon Burgers

 

Servings: 6 patties

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2, 6oz Salmon, canned
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery,chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/4cup Coconut Flour
  • Few dashes of your favorite hot sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Mixed everything together in a bowl.
  2. Heat up your fry pan with enough coconut oil to coat the bottom, and cook about 5 minutes each side until golden brown on medium heat.
