Maple Pecan Ice Cream

Ice cream you say!? Yep, Ice cream. There is always that day after dinner where you simply just want a bowl of ice cream. Well here you go! My husband loved me even more when I made this I swear, when it was all gone he looked at me with a puppy face and asked “Is there any more left?” Sadly, there was not because we gobbled it all up since it was so….FRIGGEN DELISH!  This is also a fun recipe to play along with…..Enjoy life chocolate chips possibly?? Mhmmm. Don’t you worry, there will be more recipes like this for sure.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 1 Minute

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas, peeled, sliced, frozen
  • 1/4 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk, chilled
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp 100% Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Pecans, Chopped

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients except the pecans in a food processor, blender, or get creative with a hand mixer in a bowl and mix well
  2. Once combined, mix in the chopped pecans
  3. Garnish with the toppings of your choice
  4. Serve Immediately
